The Waki List of Shame

We provide a list of alleged perpetrators, who were mentioned by interviewees as having played a role in the perpetration of the post election violence. The list is not comprehensive and does not present a complete picture of all who may have been involved. It makes mention of various alleged perpetrators and includes some background information on them, and the allegation(s) and information supporting the allegation(s).
