HELB has the Obligation to Finance Every Kenyan’s Education Damnit!

Are you aware that every single person who gets in to our public universities as a ‘regular’ admit does indeed get HELB funding? Surely it only makes sense to give the other Kenyans what they deserve too. Wake up and smell the coffee! HELB should not exist just for a small group of Kenyans. It is for all Kenyans.
